Owner & Lead Planner, PÊCHE Fiori Events
Jennifer is the owner and lead planner at PÊCHE Fiori Events. As a first-generation, eldest daughter, and type-A personality to her core, she feels deeply, cares more than she probably should, and pours her whole self into every celebration she is trusted with. She has always been a planner, a perfectionist, and a lover at heart. Building this company from the ground up has been one of the greatest joys of her life, and today, it has grown into a true family business.
Her Background
Jennifer graduated from the University of Houston (Go Coogs!) with a degree in Public Relations and a minor in Sociology. Over the years, she has worked in nearly every corner of the event world, corporate events, community relations, marketing, catering, floral design, and project management.
These experiences allow her to manage and execute every detail of events with expertise and intentionality.
Beyond Planning
When she’s not planning an event, Jennifer enjoys living the soft life, spending time with her two doodles, being with family, or soaking in nature’s peace. Family means everything to her, and that love is woven into the way she supports her clients and their stories.

Meet Julio
Coordinator & Business Operations Lead
Oso is a vital part of PÊCHE Fiori Events, serving as both a coordinator and the backbone of the company’s business operations. He manages the financial side of the business, handles contracts and invoices, and ensures that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly from beginning to end.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Baylor University (Sick ’Em Bears!), a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Florida International University, and has completed additional accounting and business coursework at the University of Houston. His sharp logic, structured mindset, and technical experience ensure flawless organization and execution.
Beyond the Event World
Outside of events, Oso owns and operates his own accounting firm, specializing in small businesses and personal taxes. He is also a Marine combat veteran who served two tours in Iraq, bringing unmatched discipline, resilience, and calm leadership to every situation. As a first-generation eldest son, he is a natural leader, dependable, grounded, and deeply caring.

Oso is type A, incredibly logical, direct, and quick thinking. His approach offers clients clear answers, firm solutions, and confident guidance. But behind the directness is one of the friendliest, kindest souls you’ll ever meet. He wears his heart on his sleeve and genuinely cares about every couple and event.

On his days off, Oso is an avid sports lover, watching nearly every competitive sport he can. He enjoys relaxing with a good game on, exploring new restaurants as a true foodie, and traveling whenever he can. With an adventurous heart, he brings curiosity and excitement into everything he does.

Coordinator & Content Creator
Lynn is the vibrant heart of PÊCHE Fiori Events, our very own Galinda (yes, the Wicked reference is intentional). As a coordinator and content creator, she brings an irresistible blend of bubbly energy, kindness, and creativity to every event. A true middle child, she’s down for anything, gets along with everyone, and naturally adapts to any situation with grace and enthusiasm.
Her Background
Lynn is a licensed realtor and apartment locator, helping people find their dream homes, whether it’s a house or apartment. She is also currently studying interior design, giving her a sharp eye for aesthetics, harmony, and thoughtful detail. This design training shines through in her content creation, ensuring every angle, moment, and detail she captures tells a beautiful story.
Her Heart
Lynn has one of the biggest hearts you’ll ever encounter. In her spare time, she rescues abandoned dogs and gives them loving homes. She approaches her work the same way, with compassion, care, and a genuine desire to make every couple feel seen, celebrated, and special.

When she’s not at an event, she’s watching rom-coms, reading fantasy or romance books, dancing, exploring new places, attending fun events, or obsessing over Taylor Swift. She loves both her physical books and her Kindle equally and always has one nearby.

Stacy is the calm, steady presence every event day needs. As an event day assistant, she arrives ready to work, ready to help, and ready to step in wherever she’s needed. Chill, collected, and incredibly dependable, Stacy brings a peaceful confidence that instantly elevates the entire team.
Her Background
In addition to assisting at events, Stacy is also a professional photographer who has captured several weddings. Because of her photography experience, she understands the flow of a wedding day the timing, movement, lighting, and where support is needed before anyone even has to say it. She knows that anything can happen on event day, and she’s always prepared for it with grace and efficiency.

In-House Seamstress & Tailor
Libi is PÊCHE Fiori Events’ in-house seamstress and tailor, and one of the most skilled artisans on our team. Born in Colombia, she discovered her gift for sewing and design at a young age and has spent more than 30 years perfecting her craft. Her talent, precision, and artistry elevate every garment she touches.
Her Expertise
With decades of experience, Libi has worked for prestigious fashion houses including Burberry, Oscar de la Renta, Carolina Herrera, and many other luxury brands. Her work spans couture gowns, bespoke tailoring, custom designs, and intricate alterations. She has even designed her own clothing collections.
When our founder got married, it was Libi who brought her dream wedding dress to life, a testament to the trust, love, and exceptional craftsmanship she brings to everything she does.
What She Brings to Our Clients
Libi supports PÊCHE clients who need customizations or alterations for suits, wedding dresses, and special event attire.
